WELCOME 2023

I hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year! The studio is open again and ready for new customers and old. This is my little haven, at the end of my garden, where all the magic takes place.

I am looking forward to 2023, but I am also pleased with what I have achieved in 2022. A goal completed was to create a new image. The amazing logo was created by Designs By Ritz and my new website by the talented Three Businesses.

2022 was filled creating dresses for my ideal brides, one-off dresses that no other person would wear, and working with brides that had sustainability at heart and ideas that the dress could be worn again with a few alterations after their wedding. The year was also filled with bridal inspiration, completing many styled shoots and making a new eco collection, where the majority of dresses were designed on paper with fabric swatches to support the look. The idea of slowing down and not mass producing.

There has been plenty of work going on behind the scenes, which often isn’t shouted out about. And for an independent business, it is hard to keep up with the demands of social media!! However, I have taken the slow approach, both physically and mentally, so if you don’t see my presence on-line all the time, it doesn’t mean I have stopped. I am just getting on with work.

Other great things that happened in 2022, was being featured by some of the best wedding blogs, Love My Dress / Rock My Wedding and Green Union.

It is nice to shout about good news sometimes, as I don’t often do it!
